PANEL NAME: PRIMARY COMPUTER INTERFACE

FUNCTION OVERVIEW: Four independent control keypads used to access all computer and control functions. All four keypads may be used simultaneously to program different systems. Many command keys are found on two or more keypads and there are many redundant functions

Science Command Pad  -  Controls access to all science computers and sensor data.

Data Entry  -  Used to access the main computer core memory. Data can either be entered in terran English or linguicode.

Library Computer  -  Used to access and alter data from the Library Computer memory. Datstrom Scientific Notation is the language of this keypad.

Navicom  -  Used to enter navigational commands in either real-time or navicom memory.
