PANEL NAME: COMPUTER BIO-ANALYSIS UNIT

FUNCTION OVERVIEW: By inserting a sample of DNA material, or similar bio-matter, a complete picture of the lifeform can be determined. The iris in the upper-right is where the sample is deposited and the rows of indicators to the left show sequencing of building block acids. The final product is displayed on a monitor above the Science Station Console. The sample is rendered inert at the and of the scan procedure.

CALIBRATION PROCEDURE: There are isolated samples of known DNA material available in the Life Sciences Lab used to verify functioning of this unit.
